General Shipping Information (All Products):
Processing Time: Typically takes 2 - 5 business days for production before shipment dependent on product type and current order queue. Production time may be longer for certain types of products but this is noted in the product description. This timeframe allows for printing, production, and post-production quality checks.
Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on your location (typically 3 - 5 business days), distance from the nearest production facility of our production partners, time of year (i.e. holiday, etc.) and the chosen shipping method. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout. Actual delivery time is 100% contingent upon these factors as well as local processing and delivery effort of the shipping carrier (i.e. USPS, UPS, etc.). Tracking information is provided once product(s) are scheduled for pickup by the shipping carrier.
Combined Shipping: We may offer combined shipping on multiple items where feasible. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.
Tracking Information: Once your order ships, tracking information is provided via email.
Specific Shipping Details by Product Type:
Printed Products: Products are shipped from our various partner locations nationally and worldwide. Standard and expedited shipping options, if offered will be available at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and chosen service. Please be aware that orders containing multiple product types may ship separately from different facilities.
Important Notes: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Likewise, we cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered damaged or missing parts due to shipper handling. Damaged During Shipping or Missing Items/Parts:
We take extra care in packaging your order. However, in the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged during shipping or is missing parts, please follow these guidelines:
1. Inspect Upon Arrival: Carefully inspect your package upon delivery. Note any significant damage to the outer packaging.
2. Document the Issue Immediately: Damaged Items: Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the damaged item(s) preferably BEFORE opening, as-is received. Please retain all original packaging materials as they may be required for a claim. Missing Items/Parts: Carefully check the packaging and any enclosed documentation to ensure all expected components are present.
3. Contact Us Promptly: Send us an email within five (5) days of receiving your order to report the damage or missing parts. Please include the following in your message: Your order number. A clear description of the damage or the missing item(s)/part(s). For damaged items, attach the photographs you have taken.
4. Cooperation with Claims: Depending on the shipping carrier and the extent of the damage, we may provide you with any additional information you may need in filing a claim with the shipping provider. This may involve providing additional information or documentation.
Our Resolution Process: Upon receiving your report and reviewing the evidence, we will work diligently to offer a satisfactory solution.
This may include:
Replacement: We may arrange for a replacement of the damaged item or the missing part to be produced and shipped to you at no additional cost.
Refund: If a replacement is not feasible or preferred, we may issue a full or partial refund for the damaged item or the value of the missing part(s). Important Notes: Do not discard the damaged items or packaging until instructed, as the shipping carrier may need to inspect them. The timeframe for resolving claims can vary depending on the shipping carrier's procedures. We will keep you informed throughout the process. For missing parts, please double-check all packaging materials carefully as smaller components may sometimes be overlooked.
